Dear Fellow Members,
I am working as an HR executive and have 2 years of HR experience. I am interested in pursuing a practical course in HR. I have narrowed it down to two options: PeopleSoft or SAP HR. However, I have learned that the SAP HR course is quite expensive. Please suggest what I should do as I am struggling to find good opportunities without these skills.

Just go in for an 'IT Certification program' of 3 to 6 months duration which provides you with the knowledge of working on automated systems including ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.
