Dear Ms. Sonali,
If I have to respond to your query, based on the information you posted, all I can say is that either you take paper and pen to write a letter or compose and send an email if you have his email ID. It's very simple, isn't it?
Well, I am really surprised to see such queries being posted here. Mr. Dinesh had responded to many such posts; many times, he didn't receive appreciation for the work he executed. Mr. Simhan raised many queries against such posts, helping members to realize where they stand from the reader's perspective.
This is the natural tendency of human beings. Either one does not like to google it out or doesn't have time. Even if he/she doesn't feel like searching the CiteHR knowledge base to locate if there are any formats that can help in drafting as per their needs and requirements. Even we don't invest our honest/sincere efforts first and then seek help to fine-tune our competencies. If this is the scenario, how are we going to learn further?
The final question is how many had spent time/efforts searching online to acquire relevant information and how many had spent a little money on buying a book on letter drafting?
I urge members to teach other members "how to fish for life" rather than taking it for granted that there are members in this portal who will help us (spoon-feeding).
With profound regards
