I have accepted this job, even though I know that the package is too low. I am taking it as a starting point. The company is only offering a salary without any other perks or family visa. It's a 2-year contract.
My wife, who comes from the hospitality industry and has over 8 years of experience, with her last designation as AVP Sales, wants to work and accompany me there. I need your suggestions on how to go about finding accommodation, a job for my wife, and starting to save humbly.

However, regarding your wife's profile, she has ample opportunities here. I suggest following the common practice in this area: take up the job, and once you are settled, perhaps after three or four months, you can bring her here on a visit visa to search for jobs and attend interviews. Your presence here as her husband would be an added advantage for companies considering her profile.
I am not entirely certain, but if she manages to secure an offer, accommodation (family status) may come along with it, based on her designation.

This allows me to assess how fair my salary is, even though I am aware that it is quite low. My wife is actively seeking job opportunities through her contacts and various online platforms. Our plan is for her to accompany me on a tourist visa so that we can both attend job interviews. Additionally, we will use this time to secure a studio accommodation.
