Recently, I have come to know about FIRO-B and its usage. I understand that it is not a new tool for employee assessment regarding their interpersonal skills and behavior. However, I am interested in understanding its importance and whether employees actually feel satisfied with the results.
As a consultant, I am also looking for the best institute that can provide certification in FIRO-B. I would like to know if it is worth dedicating time to learn this tool, or if anyone can suggest a better tool for assessing employees' behavioral and interpersonal skills.
