As per my knowledge, Statutory Compliances applicable in the Hospital Sector are:
1. PF compliance
2. ESIC compliance
3. Gratuity
4. Pollution board certificate
5. All registers to be maintained under the Shops and Establishment Act, Rajasthan
6. Contract labor registration (if you hire contract labor)
There may be more compliances to consider; you have to check them.
