Dear Ramesh,
Thank you for the ppt. We should also start sharing best practices, for example, on safety attitude. It would be beneficial to share the actions taken by various individuals so that others can understand and implement similar actions in their workplaces. Could you please share if you have any?
Thanks & Regards,

Dear Ramesh,
Nice presentation. Yes, a positive attitude towards safety is a must. But sometimes, we think in a different direction and consider that thinking correct.
For example, whenever we drive a car and someone guiding us drives slower than us, we overtake and say to that person, "Don't you know how to drive? I am getting late for work, and you are just wasting my time as well as yours."
However, when we drive slower than a person following us and he/she overtakes us, we say, "People don't know how to drive vehicles safely. They don't even care about their lives. They should start early from home if they are getting late. Also, he/she will be 'late' soon if they drive like this."
Actually, it is our attitude that matters. If we could counsel people and make their attitude positive towards safety, that would be the best thing in professional life.
Once again, thanks for starting one more good topic.
