There is this video called: Communication intelligence: Business Ettiquette which when shown during a training has proved to be very rewarding. the onle diff being that since it is American, it has some cultural tones to it that do not match to our requirements.
While training what may be a good idea is to have an activity to ask them what are the diversity and multi-cultural impacts on BE in India
