Is there an ESIC exemption for a construction company?
I had an argument with my boss on ESIC exemption. As per my knowledge, there is an exemption for sites. Can anyone update me on the same, if there is?

HI, ESIC is only exempted if the Gross earning is above then 15 K Pm and if ESIC is not applicable for that particular area. There are certain places where ESIC is not applicable. Regards, Smita Rath
