My dear Friends,

I have come across an excellent PPT which, as usual, I want to share with my friends here. Health is wealth and most of the Executives, especially in HR, don't pay the required attention to their health, with the result that they soon become old and infirm.

My humble request to all my friends here is to please take care of your health to perform well in the years to come. "Just one hour of exercise, 23 hours of freedom from disease," as Mr. T.T. Rangarajan said in his Dhinacharya DVD.

Hope you will enjoy the presentation and make use of it.

As usual, you are coming up with great ideas and sharing them generously. Hats off to you and your efforts.

I have a small request regarding your mention of Mr. T.T. Rangarajan and his Dhinacharya DVD in your previous letter. Could you please provide information on where I can purchase it, or if it can be shared by someone in this forum?

Thank you once again for your valuable insights.

Best wishes and kind regards,
