As part of the benchmarking exercise in our organization, I request that you take 5 minutes of your time to provide us with information on how the following situations are handled in your organization. It would be a great help if you could fill in the questionnaire attached. These pertain to the following 3 policies:
1. Compensation for all employees who are required by the company or customer to do additional work on weekends or holidays.
2. Compensation for all employees on call support during non-working hours on a weekday, weekend, or holiday.
3. Night Shift Allowance: Compensation for employees who are required to work at night for night shift work instead of day shift or for additional night work beyond the day shift.
