I am working with a limited company. We have around 400 contract workers. Could anyone please provide me with points/checklists for auditing contractors from an HR perspective? What records should contractors maintain for contract employees? What are the legal requirements they must fulfill?
Our contractor representative maintains an attendance register where they mark employees as Absent/Present. Is there a rule or act that mandates the compulsory maintenance of In & Out Time Records for each contractor employee?
