Psychological tests are of two types: 1. Inventory-based and 2. Projective-based. Depending on the type of assessment you want to conduct, these tests are used. Some examples of psychological tests are:

1. MBTI
2. RSI
3. PSI
4. INK BLOT TEST

Psychological test validation is different as per the answer of the candidate. Here in the attached format, you will find some questions relating to the psychological test called FIRO-B. It's a standardized tool where you can find the validity of testing.

Do a search on the FIRO-B test, and you will get the questions relating to it.
