So, it means you have already requested and completed the formalities for transferring your EPF with your third employer. If yes, ask them to provide you with the status of whether it has been processed or not. If it is still pending, then you need to claim your EPF amount separately by completing all formalities with your old employer's EPF numbers. However, it is really important to get the status of the transfer of EPF to the third employer first because if it is found transferred, you just need to claim your EPF amount with your present employer's EPF number.

Steps to Follow for PF Withdrawal
1. Know your PF number from your previous organization, as well as your current organization.
2. Know the address of the PF office (Regional or Sub-regional).
3. Fill up the PF Transfer form 13R (Revised) and hand it over to the HR Dept. of your current organization.
Before following the above instructions, it would always be better to contact the HR Dept. of your previous organization.
If you do not want to transfer your PF account, you must withdraw your PF amount by filling up forms 19 and 10C, along with 3A Revised details of the previous employer, a late application letter (if asked), a copy of your bank passbook, 2 copies of revenue stamps, etc.
Eligibility for Family Pension
After attaining the age of 58 years or the retirement age (though this varies from company to company) and continuing your services for a minimum of 10 years (having a PF account is a must), you will be eligible for family pension. To avail of such facilities, you should fill out form 10D along with the required documents.
