Usually, job or contract terms are the same; only the pay structure differs, excluding differences in work nature. If companies have a style of 'management by difference,' they might use individual contracts, but work and performance management are in favor of the organization and professional growth as a whole and from a long-term perspective.
Collective agreements may be applicable to groups following the same terms with the employer.

Collective agreements are a difficult proposition for any organization. Everyone has veto power, and decisions must be made by 100% consensus, which can be challenging to implement. I left our exercise group due to a competitive tendency to prevail by some members and started a new one. In this new group, everyone enjoys veto power, and decisions are made by 100% consensus. This group is much larger than the previous one and is named ZERO PATHOLOGY GANGA. It is growing and progressing well.
I would be happy to hear about any similar experiments or experiences.

Collective agreements are made for a set of employees who do the same kind of work, like workers in a factory. Management would prefer to negotiate wages as a whole rather than with individuals.

I too agree with what Rajat said. It is because in a company, different individuals have different jobs, job profiles, and designations. Additionally, it also depends on the culture. It may not be transparent, due to which collective agreements are not always possible to implement.
