Dear Vivek,
In your maintenance schedule, you have not mentioned the spares changed, cost of spares/servicing, etc. The second thing that is not mentioned is downtime caused because of this maintenance. What you have maintained is a schedule for preventive maintenance. You can also maintain one more schedule, and that is for curative maintenance. Downtime is also caused by curative maintenance, and it has to be accounted for.
