Hi, I am Vinay Reddy, and I completed my MBA in HR in 2009. I graduated with my mother tongue, Telugu. I am currently seeking a job in HR. My main issue is that I lose my confidence when I encounter people who speak English well and quickly. I am not fluent in English like your friends, even though I am writing this very carefully. I am currently trying to find a job as a fresher in HR. Kindly suggest ways to help me secure a better position in HR. Any valuable advice you can offer is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

Thanks and Regards.

It is very hard if you do not have good communication skills to find a job in HR. I would strongly advise you to look for a job as a Recruiter or Customer Service Executive, work there for 1 year, and try to improve your communication skills. Then, try to look for HR Generalist jobs.

Best of luck.
