Hey Swetha,
Awesome! I have seen your posts all today, mostly about the boss - they were really beautiful. But why only focus on the boss? Is your reporting head harsh with you, or are you just posting like that?

Hey Santosh,
Thanks a lot. It's not that my boss is harsh or something. I have recently joined this organization, but one thing is clear - he is different from my previous boss who was very supportive, outgoing, and always ready to help his employees. Anyways, trying to adjust here and understand the new atmosphere. Hope that I am proved wrong and things turn out really good. :) :D

Hey Swetha,
Your language is very good. After a long time, I met a girl who says, "re, dear." So nice of you. Keep the spirit going in the same manner. I hope even your new organization's culture and atmosphere make you happy. In just a few posts by you, I can tell that you can reach good positions if you have the same energy.
Just a suggestion for you: while posting anything on this site, after typing the message in the post column, at the bottom, you will see "Post Quick Reply" and "Advanced Editor (for attachments)." Click on "Advanced Editor (for attachments)" and select the total message, then choose font size 2. Just a little bit up, one toolbar will be there where you can make this adjustment so that your message's font looks good to others. Just try it here once. If you have any doubts, just post them here, and I can help you out.

Dear Swetha,
I noticed that your signature appears in a different format again. Please ensure that the entire message, including the signature, is consistent to maintain a professional look. In the field of HR, professionalism is key. It involves extending well-wishes, being approachable, embracing continuous learning, engaging with others, and acknowledging different viewpoints. These skills are essential for excelling as an HR professional within the company. Not everyone naturally possesses these traits; they require practice and development.
