I have gone through all the posts regarding MLW fund (for Maharashtra). and understood that managerial & supervisor are excluded from the fund. But my agent who is doing our registration says that if all the managers, supervisor, VP, CEO's are in a muster roll, so they will be included in this fund and the deduction will be done for all. Please put some light on this, as i need this urgently.

Dear Manjj,
It is not required for person who are getting more than 3500/- PM for Maharastra.
Attached MLWF act for your easy understanding.
But other state like tamilnadu clearly specify that every employee has to contribute to the fund.( No salary slab is given).
