Thanks for your response.
We had actually selected a few students through Campus Recruitment from a college. We have planned to have the students join us in the month of January (after Pongal). We are yet to decide on the date of joining. We had informed the selected students that they can do their project in our company. The students have to convey the project title and submit an Abstract for the same to their college before the 1st week of January. I spoke to their college placement officer and informed him that we can share project-related details only after the students join our company, for which the placement officer asked me to send an email stating the same. I had actually drafted the email; it would be great if you could please help me correct it.
Please find below the email draft:
"We are pleased to provide permission to the below-mentioned students studying in your college for doing a project at ______________ Pvt Ltd.
- xxxxxxxxx
- yyyyyyyyy
As informed earlier, project-related details will be shared after the students join our company.
Hope this email is sufficient for the students to get started with their project work."
