You didn't mention what you are going to train and for whom. It really matters who the target audience is. According to that, only one can guide you about the module of the training that you are going to impart. Hope you have got my point.

Thanks for the reply. Actually, I have designed the module and topics on which the training should be given, and all other stuff, but the thing is that I need to summarize and submit it to my manager. Thus, I need a clear picture of how the training module will look like and the format for it. Is it enough if I just give them the outline and the description, or do I need to give him the entire in-depth report? If you have any sample training module, then I will get a clear idea.
