Dear Sir,
Thank you very much for the reply.
However, it doesnt answer my query completely. I was looking forward to receiving inputs with regard to the PROCESS part of rolling out the policy.
If you are planning to implement it in your organization, plz do share with us on this forum the process part and the delivery methods/tools that u shall be using in the process.
Best Regards

To be successful any program must have the approval and aggressive support of Senior Management, therefore a member of top management, probably the Senior HR official, should introduce the program to all employees in a meeting to emphasize the importance of such policy.
The introduction should be in stages, initially starting with all Senior Managers and their reports (Department Heads). At this meeting, comments should be encouraged to uncover any defects in the policy. Of course this meeting will be held in the strictest confidence. It is not in the company's best interests to have the policy made known before it is thoroughly examined.
If there are no major hurdles, the next step is to introduce the new policy to all employees in a general meeting, if the population is small enough, or in several meetings throughout the day.
The presentation should describe the new rules/regulations, the reasons for implementation, and the possible/probable consequences if violated. Again, questions should be encouraged to assure that all employees have an understanding of the new policy.
After the general meeting Department Heads will meet with their subordinates - managers and supervisors - to detail how the rules will be applied and the method of correcting unacceptable behavior.
Hope this helps
