Hi everyone,

I have been given the task of handling employee queries (Employee Relations). I need a form or format where I could track these problems and queries so that all the solutions to these queries could also be documented. I'm not very sure if anyone implements such kind of a process or system, but if any of you guys have such a format, please send it across ASAP.

Hi,

It's me again. I have attached a format that I have drafted. I'm looking for a format that is better than the one I have and would like to see if anyone has a process that tracks and records employee grievances and their solutions. I hope some of you can share the process you all use for the same.

Tracking and recording any process information has advantages in measuring productivity for that process. For example, determining the cycle time and direct/indirect costs involved when an employee wishes to apply for a loan from PF or update contact details, among other tasks.

Cycle time, bottlenecks, redundant information flows, and whether an activity adds value or is simply non-value adding, all contribute to planning improvements for the future.

Hi Surya,

Thank you for the suggestion. I find it a little difficult to understand a few of the concepts you have mentioned in your post. Please email me a format if you have one so that I can understand it better.

Warm Regards,
Karl
