Hello All,
I need a sample of the PPT for the induction program of the new joiners. I need some ideas on how to approach it. I am looking for something that is interesting and provides the required information. Would the content be different for experienced employees and new hires? Also, any suggestions regarding the induction session to make it more interactive would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your time and efforts.

Hello Axita Mehta,
If your company has a website, you can start the introduction for new joiners from there. Of course, the new joiners need to be thoroughly oriented on:
- other departments
- their job descriptions and performance indicators
- help them understand policies and procedures
- growth prospects
- clarify any queries the new staff might have
- schedule visits to the nearest branch/field offices if available
- keep them motivated from day 1
I am unsure if a standard format exists for induction because this is organization-specific, so you may have to create your own PowerPoint presentations.
Best wishes,

Hi Axita,
An induction programme for a company forms a crucial part since it provides the outlook and overall appearance of the organization's existence and achievements. We basically prepared a corporate video in which all the projects that have been completed and are currently in operation are being showcased. Then, the company's culture, which might be the system that has been followed for a long time, will be presented. The norms and principles will be explained briefly using slide shows. Lastly, a speech by the Managing Director welcoming the new joiners.

Dear Axita,
Rajeshwari is right. You may prepare a corporate video or a starter kit for new joiners, which includes information about the organization (mission, vision), messages from directors, business, achievements, people, policies, motivating videos, and much more, but it needs to be interesting.
For HR induction, you may add the following points:
- Timekeeping
- Leave & Emergency
- Travel
- Compensation
- Benefits
- Performance
- Code of Conduct
- Work Environment
- Assignments
- Reporting
- Contact Details
Hope this may help you and experts. More comments are awaited.
