In my view, one should view "The Day Of The Jackal" based on understanding, analyzing, designing, strategizing, planning, thinking of Plan A/Plan B, executing, agility, and a gentleman's approach for his task. If you correlate the movie to the book, it's fantastic; some unobserved things in the movie can be noticed. He determines where, how, when, why, exceptions and rules, common ground, communication level, etc. Enjoy the movie first; it will keep your curiosity in an excited state, but keep your nerves steady and observe.

Dear Mr. Dilip,
Thank you for sending the file to my email. There are many modern movies that seem unsuitable for children. I have been considering what kind of movies would be appropriate for my 12-year-old daughter. This file came to me as a gift. Thanks again; this is an amazing site.
