Dear seniors,

Recently, I have joined a pharmaceutical company as an HR executive. The company is a new setup and lacks proper records/documentation in the HR department. Approximately 25 employees are working with the company. Please let me know which documents/registers are mandatory to maintain for the company's records as well as for government formalities. This way, when government officers visit, we can show them our records.
