Also, if you could help me understand the difference between an HR Scorecard, a Dashboard, and a Balanced Scorecard, it would be great.

I do not know whether you drive a car or not. Just like a car has a dashboard, or more appropriately, an aircraft cockpit has a dashboard displaying various parameters (height, speed, time, etc.).
