Can anyone help me in providing insights regarding compensation and salary grades? I am planning to propose to management the idea of differentiating salaries between old employees and newly hired ones. Currently, both old and new employees receive the same salary and benefits. Thank you for the great reply. It increases my idea as well. I am working in a hospital where I have to offer the management a proposal for compensation and salary grades because most of the old employees are complaining about their salaries.

Thank you very much. It's really very sweet of you. I have been searching for salary grades as I am assigned the task of grading the employees and also breaking down the salary components. Currently, my organization is paying the employees a lump sum salary amount without any segregation. Your compilation is very beneficial to me at this time.
