Respected all,

I am a student of Pragathi Mahavidhyala College, Hyderabad, pursuing MBA HR. I am conducting research on work-life balance for women. I kindly request working women to participate in my questionnaire, and others to review it and offer suggestions.

Thank you.

Dear Geetha,

Thank you for posting the questionnaire and providing some details about yourself. Is it a full-time course? Do you have a tutor guide, and has the guide seen your questionnaire? Expecting people to download, answer, save, and then send it back to you is not the best way to elicit positive responses. Kindly consider using a web-based survey tool. Additionally, it is advisable to ask personal questions at the end. I recommend reviewing the questionnaire, reading it aloud, and evaluating whether the statements and scales chosen make sense or if they need adjustments to enhance clarity (e.g., "The company provides WLB policies..."). Furthermore, could you clarify what you mean by "amount of notice" for a "yes" or "no" response?

Please take a look at my posts on CiteHr where I have shared links to questionnaire design websites. There is also a thread on Research Methodology.

Have a nice day.

Thank you for your response, sir. I am doing a full-time course. This is my first project, so I don't have much knowledge. Thank you for your valuable suggestions. "Amount of notice" is the recognition one is getting for their work.
