Case studies are increasing their level of presence in the PIs these days just to make sure the interviewee is thinking in line with what the company wants as a part of its team :)

What I can think of right now, to face case studies properly, is to follow the 3-point pattern:
1. WHAT - is the situation; the issue; the problem - that is conveyed through the case study.
2. WHY - is the issue; or the problem in this state - reasons.
3. HOW - can it be faced; the steps to confront them, and get to a better situation; a solution - as the case demands.

Getting these 3 points clear will make the assessment of the same very clear and simple. Do share your thoughts on the same.

Loads of wishes and gratitude,
Kirtan.

Dear Mugundan,

Thank you for the query and thanks to Kirtan for giving you good advice. May I know what your background is and what qualifications you have? Tackling case studies in an interview is no different from solving them during a course. However, sometimes case studies are given to a group of interviewees. In such a situation, they will be looking at how individuals behave in group deliberations.

Had you searched the web, you would have found an answer at Answers.com - How do you solve case studies.

Have a nice day.
