Hello everyone,
I am pursuing a project on the recruitment process in retail. I aim to create separate questionnaires for the stores, head office, and the HR team. However, I am not clear about how to design a questionnaire. Please help me with the questionnaire.

Hi Kriti!
Don't worry, yaar. It is very easy once you are clear about the objectives of study. First, you frame out what your objectives are in doing that project on a piece of paper and then just guess from your knowledge what may be the replies to your queries. Alternatively, go through the book "Business Research Methods" by Donald R Cooper; it helps a lot. Look for topics related to research tools. You will find how to frame a questionnaire and the different scales you can use.
If you still have any queries, you can contact your guide along with that book.

Hi Krishna,
Thank you for the reply. My objective of the study is to analyze the existing recruitment and selection structure of the organization and then suggest a model applicable in the retail industry.
