I have completed M.S.W. (H.R. & L.W.). Now, I am working in a small organization as an office administrator. I didn't score well in my B.Com exam; I passed with a pass class. Here, I am facing an issue. I receive a salary of only 4000/-, whereas the office boy, who is new, earns 5000/-. I have been here for 1 year and 2 months. Can I get a job in the HR field?
Also, I would like more information as I intend to pursue further education that aligns with my specialization. Kindly provide details on which diploma I should pursue.
