Hello Rekha Any reputed Company will never issue any fake offer letter to anyone. If you want to verify , then directly you can call to HR of that company if you want to hire that employee.

Hi there. How did you receive the offer? You must have physical evidence given to you either in your hand or by post. If you agree to it, physically go to the organization and deliver it by hand with approval. If it's not genuine, then they will deny sending anything to you by post.
Professional organizations give offers by hand to the concerned person "face to face".

Mr. Anayat & Somani are very correct. Professional organizations typically send offers by mail, though sometimes by post, directly to the concerned person.
If you have received an offer letter via email, reply to the email expressing your gratitude and kindly request a hard copy of the letter. Additionally, ask for the contact details of the HR person's cell phone number and the company's landline numbers.
Above all, please remember whether you have previously interviewed, either through video conferencing or in person, with the individual or company from whom you have received the offer letter.

At times, one has to visit the company physically to verify the genuineness because neither the website nor telephonic inquiry will provide you with complete details. There are companies that have issued fraudulent offer letters. Please be cautious.

Any offer can be checked with the original letter and by visiting the company's website to obtain contact numbers. Conduct due diligence with the HR department and identify the authorized person responsible for signing the offer. Verify the details provided in the offer document, especially cross-referencing with the company's official logo on their website.

First, answer my questions:
Why did you receive the offer letter through email and not by hand? Is there a specific reason for this? Additionally, is the company located in a different city from where you currently reside?
Did you receive a soft copy of the offer letter? If so, in which format was it provided? Did you receive a scanned copy, such as a picture or a PDF file?
Furthermore, I kindly request that when asking questions, you provide as much information as possible.

Dear Madam,
Why do you want to confirm whether it is genuine or fake? You want a job, you have appeared for the interview, you have an offer in your hand. Simply go and join. If they allow you to join, the offer is genuine. Other tests are not required, I personally feel. Please accept my best wishes, hearty congratulations, and be prepared to take up the new assignment immediately.

Hi Rekha,
Your question may be genuine, but most of the real answers will likely be false. Sometimes, it may be helpful for yourself, and it might have also helped everyone in this case. Instead of just focusing on the received letter, as an HR professional, you should be able to judge the capabilities of the interviewed person.
Hint: You can easily assess whether a person has engaged in such activities by observing their eye contact and body posture.
Thanks and Regards, KKN

Mohanraj Natraj,
From a reading of this letter, one cannot discern whether it is false or true. Did you apply for this job? Was there any interview process, etc.? Google the name of the hotel to obtain the telephone number and speak to the HR people. Why do you suspect the letter could be fake? Personally, I would consider this letter to be fake.

Hello Sir/Madam,
One of my friends recently got placed in TCS via campus recruitment. She received the offer letter and accepted it within 7 days as mentioned. However, after 15-20 days, one of her batchmates asked her to validate the offer letter immediately, so she did.
After some time, she realized that the "Validate the Offer Letter" option was under the heading of "Withdrawal of an Offer." Does this mean she has withdrawn from the offer, and now she won't get the joining? I am not familiar with this field and lack knowledge about it. She really doesn't want to withdraw from the offer.
Kindly help me as this is urgent.

Dear sir,
Could anyone tell me how I can check the offer letter and MoL? I have already contacted the number provided for our company. My concern is that, personally, I created the website and listed the requirements. After candidates apply, they are asked to verify through a call, following which they are issued their own offer letter and MoL. However, they are then asked to make a deposit of money. The individual states that the deposit is necessary before proceeding with the next steps. How can I verify if the company actually has that letter and if the MoL is genuine? Please, can anyone help me with this? I am eagerly waiting for assistance.

Hi Team,
I have applied for an Air Ticketing position on indeed.com, and they contacted me to conduct a few rounds of interviews. Later, they informed me that I got selected and sent an offer letter to my personal email. I'm not sure whether the offer letter is genuine or fake as there is no sign or stamp on it. I am totally confused and in a dilemma about whether to wait until the joining date or to ignore it and look out for a new job. I have attached the offer letter. Please share your inputs.
Thanks.
