Dear All,

Can you please help? I am working in a KPO-based company (100+ employees) as HR. However, here I want to introduce some HR policies. Unfortunately, our Director tends to micromanage every employee, and we are unable to voice our opinions or concerns. He also does not allocate enough time to listen to us. Please, I need help with this issue. How can I prove myself in this situation? Whenever we try to address employee problems, he immediately shifts the blame onto the employees.

Please advise on how I can navigate this challenging situation effectively.

Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam,

When dealing with your boss, it's best not to argue. Try to understand his perspective and what he expects from the employees. Before approaching your boss for a discussion, make sure to outline the key points you wish to address. Additionally, have supporting evidence ready to reinforce your points. Always convey that implementing these changes will provide protection and prevent future obstacles from the employees' side, leading to increased productivity. Approach the situation with positivity, confidence, and assertiveness.

Hi to all,

Currently, I am not working anywhere, but I worked as a customer care executive and also as a computer operator one year back. Now, I am interested in admin work. I am a B.Com graduate. As I am introverted in nature, I don't feel comfortable interacting with new people easily. That's why I want a backend or back-office job like administration. Before applying anywhere for this position, I want to get familiar with all the aspects of administration, such as an admin executive's job responsibilities and what I should learn before applying for this job.

Please, help me out. I am eagerly waiting for your response! Or you can mail me at my email id neetuprasa@gmail.com.

Regards,
Neetu
