I wanted help on a couple of things in the Book Section.
1. I was looking at some books on Performance Appraisal. I am reading "Manager's Guide to Performance Review" by Robert Bascal. However, this is more about the review meetings. I was looking at the appraisal from the HR's point of view, i.e., for framing the rules, formulating the process, best practices, etc. Please suggest any books on the same.
2. I was looking to purchase the two below-mentioned books for our office, but I am not finding them anywhere. Please let me know a way to procure them.

- The Definitive Guide to Google AdWords by Perry S. Marshall & Associates
