This position is for managing the entire spectrum of T&D initiatives for TiG Global's clients in India and overseas. The incumbent will have to be stationed in the Middle East for a year as part of the service delivery.
This position will act as the subject matter expert in delivering T&D projects for TiG Global.
Education & Experience
MBA or PhD from a reputed university with over 10 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs for various levels. The candidate is expected to deliver soft skills training programs and leadership programs wherever possible.
Skills & Knowledge
Training need identification and analysis
Preparation of training calendar and process
Training program design and module preparation
Imparting training programs (self and through vendors)
Training impact analysis/Training program evaluation
Ability to think creatively and deliver as an individual as well as manage a team
Ability to impact and influence the leadership team and provide coaching
Training program methodology and process improvements
