Dear all,

Can somebody please help me with a format for sending an email to all staff regarding writing the arrival and departure time in the attendance muster and signing the same regularly? Also, those who are traveling or in the field for sales jobs must inform the admin.

Additionally, an email is needed for sending all stationery requirements to the admin, emphasizing that no orders should be placed directly with the vendor.

Please assist me as this is my first job in the admin department. The staff here is in the age group of 40+, so I do not want to sound authoritative or commanding.

dear mini , save the email format with an attachment ... for stationary requirtement you can drop simlpy mail ... whenever you will send this mail attach company policy also Thanks komal
