Hey, good one posted. I feel everyone should read and avoid this suicide disease. We are living in the era of fast food; we want everything ultra-quick. The patience level has dropped to level zero. We don't have time to ponder on the situation and work out some solution. Please give time to your family, listen to their problems, and help them overcome it. Human life is received only once, and we have to use it to do good deeds and help others.

Take care,

Hi,

Dear friend, suicide is supposed to be a heinous crime before God because only God has the right to give or take life. A simple death can be more painful than a tough life. Nobody knows what happens after death!

Dear Prawin,

Thank you for sharing an 'out-of-the-box' idea. We do not have to be frightened about addressing such issues that many are confronted with due to the increasing complexities of life. It's best to view this objectively and absorb the preventive aspects for oneself and for proliferating among others.

This is a great presentation. I notice that the media makes the trend to suicides in youths and even adults more prevalent once they start making extreme of publicity of some gruesome suicide.

Rightly said.

I have no idea about Zambia, but here in India, the mindless, sensation-hungry commercial media turns any gory event into glamour, often out of anything. This presentation is well-researched with crisp, to-the-point content. All thanks to Mr. Vevek.

Dear Prawin,

I am thankful to you for this good piece of information that took me back to my childhood. It is nothing but true that some take this easy rout out of problems they encounter purely due to lack of assistance/counseling and mental support and lose their valuable lives quite unnecessarily.

A friend of mine committed suicide due to a physical disorder that was revealed after the death, which could have been very easily put right had it been brought to the notice of the medical professionals.

I am sure to use this information in my future trainings – in between sessions/as a refresher especially when I train the youngsters.

Many thanks

Replacement involves things that provide you with benefits at any stage of life, and the items that are already in place should also offer benefits throughout life. Both lines emphasize the importance of receiving benefits at any stage of life. Therefore, suicide is neither a thing nor a benefit. It is a human tendency for everyone to seek benefits, so your question is incorrect. Suicide is considered the act of cowards.

Your enthusiasm for the future, your foresight, your perception of things, and your eagerness to take action can prevent thoughts of suicide. Consider that when you face a problem, ensuring that your future family members do not encounter the same issue is crucial. This motivates you to work and not shy away from your responsibilities.

Dear Trustraj,

Alternative to suicide is:

a) Learn "The Art of Living" breathing techniques, especially Sudarshan Kriya, and breathe your stresses out;

b) Follow the path of knowledge and develop a true understanding of life from all dimensions;

c) Once you have a true understanding of life from all dimensions, you'll acquire the 'Art of Living' life fully!

Warm regards,
