Though my father has passed away and my mum is too young for her age, every time I read the slide, I can connect myself with my little one and introspect if I did those things that I am supposed to do with a smile. I feel guilty. Thanks for reminding me of my duty not just as a daughter but also as a mother.

Hi An excellent, and very touching presentation. Trust that it will have some impact on today’s younger generation, many of whom tend to take things for granted.

Can I ask you one thing sir,
We all respect parents as we are all sons and daughters and parents themselves know that the role of parents in upbringing a child is very, very important. However, I have personally come across some parents who, just to fulfill their wrong ego, take away the happiness of their adult son when the son is not doing anything that would make them unhappy. Instead, it would make their life happy and safe. Despite this, the parents are not willing to accept his decision and just stick to their ignorance and ego, ultimately destroying their son's life.
What should be said to such parents? Please suggest what should be done to remove the ego and help the parents understand when the son has tried hard to make them see his perspective. In this ego battle, the parents are ready to go to any extent to ensure that their son doesn't get what he wants. The extent to which this can go is beyond imagination and could result in the worst outcomes!
Thanks,
Mansi
