Hey,
I need help regarding my EPS issue.
I have worked for 3 months in an organization therefore I did not forward my PF and EPS amount filled the forms to withdraw the same.
I got my PF amount but did not get the EPS and got the form back saying that you have not served minimum of SIX months of service.
Kindly guide further for this problem.

Dear Gireesh,
To get withdrawal benefit from EPS-95, minimum 1 yr is required. If you have 6 months it will be rounded up to 1 yr.
Accordingly for 3 months' contribution in EPS, there is no way to get refund. But it can be transferred/added to future service.
