Dear Chander,

There is not much to prepare in MIS. If you are in the HR department, simply follow the below-mentioned tips:

1. Gather the activities you have done for recruitment on a daily/fortnightly/monthly basis or as per your requirement.
2. Collect the activities you have completed for induction and training.
3. Compile the activities related to the Performance Management System (PMS) that you have undertaken.

Now, combine all the reports, and this will be your MIS report as needed. You can also prepare it department-wise.
