MBTI is not meant for recruitment; it is only for development. www.hranexi.com provides over 8 ability and aptitude tests as well as 15FQ+, OPP, VMI, and SPI, which can be used for selection based on your needs from www.psytech.co.uk. It requires certification, and after that, you can either administer using online software or standalone software.
