Hi, I am also looking forward to doing SAP HCM. I am in a dilemma, and I am expecting the seniors of citehr to kindly clear my doubts. I will be grateful to you. Please let me know if SAP HCM is a good option for females. I heard that as SAP consultants, we need to travel to clients' locations. I have a small baby, and I cannot travel to client locations, leaving him at home. I have around 8 years of experience in recruitment, business development, and administration. I prefer to update myself with new technologies like SAP HR and move forward in my career.

So dear folks, please help me out if building my career in SAP is a good option for me. I want to know if I get a job as a SAP consultant, can I stay in the company only in one particular location, or do I need to move to other locations as well.

PLEASE GUIDE ME
