We are a financial services company and no woment staffs work beyond 8 P.M in our organization. Can we allow woment staff to work beyond 8 P.M. Is there any minimum number of women staff required to work in the night staffs.pls let me know any is there any specific guidlines that we need to follow to allow women staff in night shifts.

Dear Ajeet,
You have to go through your applicable State Shops & Establishment Act for taking exemption for women employee working in night shift from the competent Authority.
