2) Whether the Challans and Returns are being filed before the due date of the same?

3) To cross-verify the new joiner and left employees' data in the details submitted.

Statutory Audit applicable to the HR function would be a Statutory Compliance Audit. This audit will focus on compliance with the provisions of different acts and legislations relating to employees and labor. Generally, a compliance checklist is prepared for each applicable legislation by auditors before starting the audit.
