Hi there, I am a final year student working on my thesis on the topic called "Impact of Training and Development towards the Job Performance of the Employees" in a newspaper publication company.
The objectives of the thesis are as follows:
a) To identify the types of training and development currently being used by the company to improve its employees' job performance.
b) To identify the relationship between training and development and employee knowledge in the company.
c) To identify the relationship between training and development and employee skills in the company.
d) To identify the relationship between training and development and employee behaviors in the company.

I wonder why the panic when you should have known about the project requirements months in advance. Have you conducted a literature survey? If you conduct one using Google, you will come across scholarly articles, and you can see how others have done in other industries, if not in the same industry as yours.
