Friends,

Why-Why analysis is a tool to identify the root causes of a problem so that countermeasures can be applied to prevent reoccurrences. Can someone shed more light on this topic? If you have any specific examples, formats, tools that can help broaden the understanding of this concept, please do share.

Regards,
Shijit.

Dear Shijit,

Please search the web, and you will find many examples. If you do not succeed, I will help you. To start with, you could ask the question "Why am I posing this question at CiteHr instead of searching the web using Google?" Then, when you give a reason, ask "Why?" again. Keep repeating that, and you will eventually get to the root cause.

Have a nice day.

Dear Sanjay,

Kindly search the web for mini cases. For example, just by doing that, I found links to sites at Google.

Have a nice day.
