I need to know about the Maharashtra Mathadi Kamgar Act. Recently, an inspector visited my plant, and in his report, he mentioned that we have to register our company under the said Act. However, when I discussed with him that all the loading, packing, and other work is done by my company's payroll employees, and they are paid legal compensation as per the law, he still insists that we obtain Mathadi Kamgar for this type of work.
Can you please suggest what to do in this case?
