Dear All Experts & Legal Advisor,
I would like to promote the sale of my concept (not a product, it is a kind of service) to automotive manufacturing industries. For this, I am developing my team. Now, the team is ready to demo the concept in the same industries. My question is, "Can my company employees be registered under the Sales Promotion Employee (Condition of Service) Act 1976?" This act exists in the pharmaceutical industries. But as per the rule, the central government can notify other industries apart from the pharmaceutical industry.
Please help me and contact me on my cell number - 9899716860.

There is no registration under the Sales Promotion Employees (Conditions of Service) Act, but it is made applicable to the employees of pharmaceutical companies. If you set up a service establishment, what you have to do is to take registration under the State's Shops and Commercial Establishments Act. For this, contact the District Labour Officer/ Asst Labour Officer of the area.

Yes, the government can include employees from other industries, but I do not think that any more industries are included in it. For better understanding, please contact the Labour Officer, preferably the Office of the Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central) in your area.
