Muneeb, is it necessary to prepare the contract in Arabic too? I went through the guidelines posted on the Ministry of Labour Saudi Arabia website. It's mentioned that the contract should be in dual language.

Any disputes arising from the interpretation, execution, or cancellation of this contract shall, in the event of failure of the parties to reach an amicable settlement, be settled by arbitration according to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Arabic shall be the language reliable for the interpretation and execution of the contract. In case of a discrepancy between the foreign text and the Arabic text, the Arabic text shall prevail.
