Dear Folks,

When the whole world is talking about "SWINE FLU," it has become a buzzword these days. I would like to know about the precautionary measures various organizations are taking before letting a US returned employee join his/her duties back in the office.

"For anyone who is going on overseas assignments, they should report to the office only after the completion of 48 hours. The employees who returned from the US, you can ask them to do the same since flu symptoms develop within 48 hours. It can be considered paid leave of 2 days.

Hi,

Regarding Swine Flu, take precautions to maintain your immune system well.

1. Daily intake of Amla powder in warm water or Amla/Thulasi leaves and honey.
2. Do regular pranayamas and yoga/breathing exercises (The Art of Living courses).
3. Stay out of public gatherings.
4. Wear a mask if the area is affected.
5. Drink boiled water (even if it is mineral packaged water - boil and drink).
6. If you notice any signs of pigs in your living area, inform the municipality to take immediate action.
7. Do not allow anyone to cough over you.
